Before project kicking off, we can help you find the best solutions to achive goals and save budgets at the same time.

During kick-off meeting, product design team (PDT) will sort out all details that need to be done.

After that, here we go into EVT, DVT PVT and MP stage. Engineers begin Mechanical and Schematic Layout design.

During EVT, we can make 3D prototypes and within 15days, then use this mock-up prototype for acoustic & appearance checking.

Combining with Electronical debugging, the prototype can be as reference. Then we can start tooling process, and go deeper modification on functions at the same time.

Both of the schedules of tooling and functionality debugging will meet each other in about a month.

So then DVT and PVT stage, there will be a series of test and debugging on Electronics, Acoustic and Software.

DVT and PVT are similar and repeated tests and verification, sometime need to make tooling or schematic modification, which would be about 10days.

PVT is a very important satge, this is pre-production verification, to check inline produce feasibility. Usuall the products from PVT are also good for sale already.

And we can purchase long lead-time materials for MP once confirm no changes on these major and long lead-time materials.
