All functionalities are considered when making schematics and PCB layout.
Samples' PCBAs are assembled and tested thoroughly by skilled technicians and engineers.
There are 2 approaches to make PCBAs SMT. For some sample requirement, it's ususally assembly by our technicians from sample team. For mass production, we arrange them to SMT partners.
As to developing new products, after we design schematics, and layout all the circuits and components, we arrange PCB board sample. And then assembly the PCBA by technicians, and test the PCBA's functionality by engineer, and use the PCBA sample on headphones sample for functionality debugging.
After testing the headphones samples and all functions are confirmed ok, we arrange the PCB and other electronical components to SMT partner's factory to make PCBA with SMT machines for mass production. Those PCBAs will be 100% tested by the fixtures, and each headphones model has their own fixtures according to their shape and function requirements. These will be extremely accurate tests by its fixtures.
