All PCBs will be 100 percent tested one by one before welding any wire. In this PCBA testing room, we keep the environment and atmosphere not too dry to advoid static electricity damaging the PCBAs. Products will be assembly by skilled workers who are very efficient and accurate. From every component to final step product finished, it will go through a series of strict tests.

Shipping is an easy but very important part. We have very good connections with good shipping agency, and all products are delivered safely.

To  produce Bluetooth headphones, there are several separate steps and not all at once. Usually when those materials for preparoduction are arrived we can schdule them in line assembly. Driver units assemly, headband assembly and over all headphone assembly, and package process at last. 

Driver units have glue and they have to dry up glue naturally to make sure the housing is firmly sealed as ANC headphones have strict requirement regards sounds and housing vent.
