To produce Bluetooth headphones, there are several separate steps and not all at once. Usually when those materials for preparoduction are arrived we can schdule them in line assembly. Driver units assemly, headband assembly and over all headphone assembly, and package process at last. Driver units have glue and they have to dry up glue naturally to make sure the housing is firmly sealed as ANC headphones have strict requirement regards sounds and housing vent.
